Modify your email signature

This article explains how to modify your email signature in Edify App if you are an Edify CX user that manages email interactions in a queue.

Overview

The email signature that’s configured to your user is used while managing either inbound and/or outbound email interactions in the queue. This is the email signature that automatically populates within the email tab of the interaction so you don’t need to add a signature to each interaction.

In Edify App, you can configure your email signature in the Email Signature container of your profile settings. These configurations are also available to your Edify admin in Edify Console.

Since this information can be managed in different locations, keep in mind that the email signature saved most recently will be the active email signature when you manage an email interaction in a queue.

Make sure to check with your Edify admin to determine if:

• You are responsible for managing emails in a queue; and

• If you need to configure your email signature yourself, or if it has been configured by you by your admin.

A. Formatting buttons: The formatting buttons give you the ability to customize your email signature to meet your needs. With these buttons you can change font size, text color, spacing and more. Use these buttons to create an email signature that aligns with your business’ branding expectations.

B. Message body: Use the message body text area to input the appropriate text and/or brand imagery to align with your business’ branding expectations for when you email out while managing interactions in a queue.

Modify your email signature

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the Settings menu.

3. Select Edit Profile.

4. Click the Profile tab.

5. Navigate to the Email Signature container.

6. Click into the message body text area.

7. Input or modify your signature details.

8. Click the Save button.
