Overview: Routing extension calls (Edify App)
This article gives an overview of routing extension calls in Edify App.
This article explains how a queue user can route calls made to their extension. To learn how to manage this from a manager or administrator's viewpoint. See Overview: Routing extension calls (Edify Console).
The Extension Calls Route To drop down menu lets you choose where to receive calls that are sent to your extension.
To find the Extension Calls Route To drop down menu, Navigate to Settings > Edit Profile > Call Settings > Voice container.
You can choose to send extension calls to the following locations:
Note: Call route extension settings can also be changed by managers or administrators in Edify Console.

When Endpoints is selected, calls will be routed to an IP Endpoint assigned to the user, like a desk phone, and your WebRTC phone (Softphone). If the user has no IP Endpoint, the phone will only be routed to the WebRTC phone.
When Mobile is selected, calls will be routed to the user's mobile number. The Mobile number is listed in Profile > Basic container.
When FW Number (Forward Number) is selected, calls will be routed to the user’s External Forwarding Number. It is listed in the Voice container. See Route calls to a forwarding number (Edify App).
