Route calls to mobile (Edify App)

Edify App > Profile and Call Settings > Route calls to mobile (Edify App)

This article explains how to route call to mobile in Edify App.

There are two separate processes for this task: one for Edify EX users and one for Edify CX users.

Route to mobile (Edify EX users)

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the Settings menu.

3. Select Edit Profile.

5. Navigate to the Voice container.

6. Open the Extension Call Route To menu.

7. Select Mobile.

8. Open the Queue / Ring Group calls Route To menu.

9. Select Mobile.

10. Click the Save button.

Route to mobile (Edify CX users)

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the Settings menu.

3. Select Edit Profile.

4. Open the Call Settings tab.

5. Navigate to the Voice container.

6. Open the Extension Calls Route To menu.

7. Select Mobile.

8. Open the Queue / Ring Group Calls Route To menu.

9. Select Mobile.

10. Click the Save button.
