Overview

There are two voice authorization methods:

  • Pin: The pin voice authorization method is where you enter a pin number to gain access to the system. This pin number is recommended to be at least 3 digits long and include only numbers - so your pin shouldn't include any special characters.

  • MFA: The MFA voice authorization method is where you receive an SMS text message with an MFA token that you enter to access the system. This token does expire, so you have to use a different token each time you need to access that area of the system.

This article includes the steps for setting up either voice authorization process: Pin or MFA. Select the process that works for you based on your unique security needs.
