Enable or disable a max wait experience (Edify Console)

Edify Console > Queues > Enable or disable a max wait experience (Edify Console)

This article explains how to enable or disable a max wait experience for a queue in Edify Console.

Steps

1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to Queues > Queues.

3. Select the queue containing the max wait experience you want to enable or disable.

4. Navigate to the Maximum Wait container.

5. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the container.

6. Toggle the Enabled Phone and Enabled Message fields to enable/disable maximum wait for either phone or message interactions in the queue.

7. Configure any other fields as necessary.

8. Click the Save button in the bottom-right corner of the container to save your changes or the x button to cancel.
