Create a sankey chart (App)
This article explains how to create a Sankey chart in App.
Steps
1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.
2. Navigate to Analytics.
3. Select the report you’d like to create the Sankey chart for. For this guide, we’re using the report: Workflow tracking.

4. With the report open, click the vertical tri-dot icon in the top-right corner of the screen and click Edit.
5. In the left sidebar, click Charts.
6. Click the plus icon to create a new chart.
7. In the New Chart modal, provide a name for the chart and select the Sankey option. Then, click Save.
Sankey charts don’t have any configurations available. The only configurable options are the workflowId and the workflowVersionId. These dropdown selectors allow you to choose the workflow for which you want to view usage details.
Use the dropdown selectors to choose the workflow and workflow version you want to review.
Use (or remove) the filters to only show workflow data from certain periods.
Hover over any nodes to view how many times the module was accessed. Click View Workflow Item to open the workflow viewer to see the workflow.
