Export a report as a JSON or CSV file (Edify App)

This article explains how to export a report as a JSON or CSV file in Edify App. Follow this process if you want to export data from an Edify report to a third-party application.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to Analytics.

3. Choose the report you want to export from the reports list.

4. While viewing the report, click the tri-dot icon to the right of the pagination controls.

5. Click Export.

6. In the Export Report modal, for the File Type select to either export as a CSV or as JSON.

7. Export the file as a Download.

8. Choose whether to decrypt values. If your report contains sensitive data, we recommend that you not decrypt values.

9. Click the Export button.

10. A file will begin to download in Google Chrome. It will appear at the bottom of your Google Chrome window as well as in the folder destination you have configured for downloads in Google Chrome.
