This article contains column documentation for the Accounts table in the Analytics workspace in App.
The Account table contains information related to your organization’s account, like:
The date and time the account was created
The primary address of the account
The authentication service used on the account
This table is available in every data source.
This section alphabetically lists and describes each of the columns in the Accounts table.
The first address line associated with your organization’s account.
The second address line associated with your organization’s account.
Various configuration attributes related to your organization’s account, most often including:
Whether voicemail is enabled
Whether voicemail to email is enabled
The authentication provider associated with your organization’s account. The authentication provider is used for signing in users to the Avaya.cx system.
Unless you’ve configured a custom auth provider to your account, then the value you’ll see here is ‘Edify’.
The city associated with your organization’s account.
The recorded date and time of when the account was created.
The unique identifier for your organization’s account.
The name associated with your organization’s account.
The postal code associated with your organization’s account.
The state or province associated with your organization’s account.
