The Transcription Both table contains transcription information about both parties on an interaction (both the queue user and the customer).
This table contains the transcription text of both parties on the call, as well as a unique identifier for each transcription record.

This section alphabetically lists and describes each of the columns in the Transcription Both table.
Contains the transcribed text of both the customer’s and the user’s portion of the interaction. If the interaction doesn’t have an associated transcription, this field is blank.
Contains the unique identifier of the transcription record. If the interaction doesn’t have an associated transcription, this field is blank.
