Create a channel in Chat (Edify App)

This article explains how to create a channel in Chat in Edify App.

Steps

1. In the Chat workspace, click the plus icon to the right of Channels.

2. Click the Access Level toggle to set the channel to Public or Private.

3. Notice the toggle is green when set to “Public” and red when set to “Private”.

4. Click into the Channel Name field.

5. Enter a name for the channel.

6. Click the Create button.
