Delete a delivered message in Chat

This article explains how to delete a delivered message in Chat in Edify App.

Note: You can only edit messages that you’ve sent. You can't edit other users’ messages.

Steps

1. Navigate to the message to delete.

2. Hover over the message.

3. Click the delete icon.

4. Notice the Delete Message alert that populates on the screen.

5. Click the Delete button to finish removing the message.

6. Notice the message disappears from the conversation thread.
