Join a channel in Chat (App)

This article explains how to use the channel browser to join a public chat channel in App.

Steps

1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.

2. Click the Chat button to open the Chat workspace.

3. Click the Channel Browser button.

4. Search or scroll through the browser list to the channel you want to join. 

5. Click the Join button.

6. Notice the channel populates in your Channels list.
