Create an outbound email in Queue

This article explains how to create an outbound email in Queue in App.

Steps
1. Log into the App at app.avaya.cx.
2. Open the Queue workspace.
3. Select Home from the Queue menu.
4. Open the outbound queue menu.
5. Select the queue you want to create the interaction from.
6. Click into the Create Interaction field.
7. Enter the destination email address.
8. Select Email from the interaction type menu.
10. Select Email.
Note: The interaction will start after selecting Email.
