This article explains how to create an outbound text message from Queue in App.
1. Log into the App at app.avaya.cx.
2. Open the Queue workspace.
3. Open the Queue menu.
4. Select Home.
5. Open the outbound queue menu.
6. Select the queue you want to create the interaction from.
7. Click into the Create Interaction field.
8. Enter the desired phone number to message.
9. Open the interaction type menu.
10. Select Text Message.
Note: The interaction will automatically start.
