Close an interaction

Edify App > Queue > Interactions > Close an interaction (Edify App)

This article explains how to close an interaction in Edify App.

There are generally two ways of closing an interaction:

  1. Closing it as resolved

  2. Closing it as unresolved.

This article explains both processes.

In this article

Close an interaction (resolved)

1. From an active interaction, click the customer details tab.

2. Navigate to the outcome buttons.

3. Click the Close: Resolved button.

4. Disposition (add notes to) the interaction.

5. Click the Wrap-up button to complete the interaction.

Close an interaction (unresolved)

1. From an active interaction, click the customer details tab.

2. Disposition (add notes to) the interaction.

3. Open the outcome buttons menu.

4. Select Close: Unresolved.

Note: The interaction is sent back to the queue in Open status for another user to open and manage.
