Complete a new coaching scorecard

App > Queue > Interactions > Complete a new coaching scorecard (App)

This article explains how to complete a new coaching scorecard in App.


1. From the Home list, select the completed interaction that you want to complete a new scorecard for.

2. From the selected interaction, click on the coaching tab.

3. Click the Scorecard tab.

4. Open the scorecard menu.

5. Select the scorecard you want to complete from the menu options.

6. Click the add scorecard button. The scorecard will automatically populate.

7. Open the Agent menu and select the queue user being scored.

8. Complete the scorecard questions.

10. Click the Save button.

10. Notice the newly completed scorecard populates in the completed scorecards list.
