Create an outbound fax from an interaction (Edify App)

This article explains how to create an outbound fax from an interaction in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Click the feed tab.

3. Click the fax button.

4. Enter the destination fax number into the To field.

5. Select the fax number provisioned to your Edify account in the From field.

Faxes will be sent from this number.

6. Type the subject of the fax into the Subject field.

7. Enter your comments for the fax into the Comments field.

8. Click Choose File to select a .pdf or .tiff file to fax.

9. Click Send Fax.
