This article explains how to create an outbound text from an interaction in App.
Enter the customer’s phone number into the Phone field.
The number will auto-populate if it’s a phone interaction or associated with the customer’s profile.
2. Click the Feed tab.
3. Type a message into the messaging text box.
4. Press Enter / Return, or click the phone icon to send the text.
