Create an outbound text from an interaction (Edify App)

This article explains how to create an outbound text from an interaction in Edify App.

Steps

1. Enter the customer’s phone number into the Phone field.

• The number will auto-populate if it’s a phone interaction or associated with the customer’s profile.

2. Click the Feed tab.

3. Type a message into the messaging text box.

4. Press Enter / Return, or click the phone icon to send the text.
