Hang up a call on an interaction

Edify App > Queue > Interactions > Hang up a call on an interaction (Edify App)

This article explains how to hang up a call on an interaction in Edify App.

Steps

1. From an active interaction, click the customer details tab.

2. Navigate to the interaction controls.

3. Click the hang up button.

Note: The interaction is still open and active, but the voice call has been disconnected.
