Mute a call on an interaction

Edify App > Queue > Interactions > Mute a call on an interaction (Edify App)

This article explains how to mute a call on an interaction in Edify App.

Steps

1. From an active interaction, click the customer details tab.

2. Navigate to the interaction controls.

3. Click the mute button.

Note: The customer can’t hear you, but you can still hear them.

4. Click the mute button again to speak to the customer.
