Put a call on an interaction on hold

Edify App > Queue > Interactions > Put a call on an interaction on hold (Edify App)

This article explains how to put a call on an interaction on hold in Edify App.

Steps

1. While viewing the customer details tab of an active interaction, click the hold button.

2. Notice that you can no longer hear the customer. Meanwhile, the customer hears holding music while they wait. The hold button is highlighted to indicate that the call is on hold.

3. Click the hold again to take the call off hold.
