Put a call on an interaction on hold (Edify App)

Edify App > Queue > Interactions > Put a call on an interaction on hold (Edify App)

This article explains how to put a phone call (voice interaction) on hold in Edify App.

Put a call on hold

Click the Hold button in the customer details tab.

The hold button turns white to indicate that the customer is on hold. The customer will hear hold music, and you will no longer be able to hear the customer.

Take a call off hold

Click the Hold button again to resume the call with the customer.

The hold button will turn purple to indicate that the call has resumed.
