Resolve a coaching comment (Edify App)

Edify App > Queue > Interactions > Resolve a coaching comment (Edify App)

This article explains how to resolve a coaching comment in Edify App.


1. From the Home list, select the completed interaction with unresolved comments.

2. From the selected interaction, click on the coaching tab.

3. Navigate to the coaching panel.

4. Select the communication type for the comment needing resolved, either the phone icon for audio recording comments or the message bubble icon for chat transcript comments.

5. From the comments list, select the comment to resolve.

6. After reviewing the comment, click the Resolve button. 

7. The comment disappears from the unresolved comments list.
