Review a completed coaching scorecard

This article explains how to review a completed coaching scorecard in Edify App.

Reviewing a completed scorecard can also be referred to as marking the scorecard as read.

Steps

1. From the Home list, select the completed interaction that you want to complete a new scorecard for.

2. From the selected interaction, click on the coaching tab.

3. Click the Scorecards tab.

4. Navigate to the completed scorecards list and select a scorecard to view.

5. Review the score information.

6. Click the Mark As Read button to remove the unread notification.
