Review customer journey record

Edify App > Queue > Interactions > Review customer journey record (Edify App)

This article explains how to review a customer journey record in Edify App.

Steps

1. From an active interaction, click the journey tab.

Note: The journey mapping panel opens.

2. In the journey mapping panel, navigate to the record you want to open.

3. Click the record you want to review.

4. Review the interaction’s segment data as needed

5. Optional: Click Open Interaction to review the selected interaction in greater detail.
