Share feedback on a completed interaction

This article explains how to share feedback on a completed interaction in Edify App.

Steps

1. From the Home list, select the completed interaction that you want to share feedback for. 

2. From the interaction tab, press Control+I on your keyboard to open the interaction Id.

Note: the interaction ID populates under the customer details.

3. Copy the interaction ID number, then close the interaction Id by pressing Control+I.

4. Open Edify chat.

5. Navigate to the direct message channel you want to post the interaction Id to.

6. Paste the interaction Id into the message for the user to review.
