App > Queue > Interactions > Start and stop recording of a call on an interaction (App)

This article explains how to start and stop recording of a call on an interaction in App.

Steps

1. From the customer details tab of an active interaction, click the call recording button.

2. Notice that the button starts blinking to indicate that it’s recording.

3. When you're ready to stop recording, click the button again.
