Modify a custom view in the Queue Home list (Edify App)

This article explains how to modify a custom view in the Queue Home list in Edify App.

To better understand all the fields of the Create New View form in Queue, read the Overview: Home list custom views article.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to Queue.

3. Select Home.

4. Find the view you want to modify.

a. Open the custom view menu.

b. Select the custom view you want to modify.

5. Open the view’s form to modify its settings by clicking the view settings button.

6. Modify the view’s settings that you want to change.

7. Click Save.
