Shortcut to opening interactions in the Queue Home list (Edify App)

This article covers a shortcut you can use to open interactions in the Queue Home list in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to Queue > Queue Home

3. On your keyboard, press the keyboard shortcut: Control + Shift + O.

4. The Open Interaction should appear on your screen.

5. Click the View dropdown menu and select Public, Private, or Owner. This determines the action you want to take when you open the interaction (view it publicly, view it privately, or take ownership).

6. Paste an interaction ID into the interaction ID field.

7. Press Enter / Return on your keyboard.

8. Edify loads the requested interaction for you to view.
