Overview

The Softphone is a valuable way to accept and create calls for both office users and Queue users.

For Queue users, you have the option to configure the Softphone to either automatically or manually answer calls routed through the Softphone. When this setting is active, the WebRTC phone will not ring.

Enable and disable auto answer WebRTC interactions

1. Click the Settings icon.

2. Click Edit Profile.

3. Click the Call Settings tab.

4. Navigate to the Auto Answer section.

5. Click the edit icon.

6. Click the Auto Answer WebRTC Interactions toggle to enable or disable auto answer.

7. Click Save.

Adjust auto answer alert volume

1. Click the Settings icon.

2. Click Edit Profile.

3. Click the Call Settings tab.

4. Navigate to the Auto Answer section.

5. Click the edit icon.

6. Click and drag the Auto Answer Alert Volume slider to the desired volume level.

7. Click Save.
