Route calls to a forwarding number

This article explains how to route calls to a forwarding (FW) number in App.

Steps

1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.

2. Open the Settings menu.

3. Select Edit Profile.

4. Click the Call Settings tab.

7. Open the Queue/Ring Group Calls Route To dropdown and select Forward Number.

8. Enter the forwarding number into the External Forwarding Number field.

9. Click Save.
