Route calls to mobile (App)
App > Settings > Call Settings > Route calls to mobile (App)
This article explains how to route calls to mobile in App.
Steps
Log into App at app.avaya.cx.
Open the Settings menu in the top-right corner.
Select Edit Profile.
4. Enter your mobile phone number into the Mobile field in the Basic container.
5. Click the Call Settings tab.
6. Open the Extension Calls Route To dropdown in the Voice container and select Mobile.
7. Open the Queue/Ring Group Calls Route To dropdown and select Mobile.
Tip: We recommend setting the Ring Time (seconds) field to at least 35 seconds to allow timer for the call to transfer to your mobile phone.
8. Navigate to the WebRTC Audio container.
9. Disable Enable WebRTC.
10. Click Save.
