Route calls to softphone (Edify App)

Edify App > Settings > Call Settings > Route calls to softphone (Edify App)

This article explains how to route calls to softphone in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the Settings menu.

3. Select Edit Profile.

4. Click the Call Settings tab.

5. Navigate to the Voice container.

6. Open the Extension Calls Route To dropdown and select Endpoints.

7. Open the Queue / Ring Group Calls Route To menu and select Endpoints.

8. Click Save.
