Log in and out of Edify App (Edify App)

This article explains how to log into and log out of Edify App.

You must have an email and password to log into Edify. If you have access to Edify Console, the admin portal, the login credentials will be the same as they are for Edify App.

When you update your password because it’s your first login, your password expired, or you reset your password, the new password works for both Edify App and Edify Console.

Log into Edify App (first login)

1. Locate your temporary password provided in your activation email.

2. Open Edify App at app.edify.cx in a Chrome web browser or open the Edify desktop app, if it is already installed on your computer.

3. Enter the email address associated with your Edify account into the Email/Username field. Then Click the arrow icon or press Enter / Return.

4. Enter the temporary password into the Password field, then click Login.

• This opens the change password page.

5. Re-type the temporary password into the Current Password field.

6. Create a new password and type it in the New Password field.

7. Re-type the new password into the Confirm Passwords field.

8. Click Submit.

9. Login with your new password.

Note: If your temporary password has expired, click the Forgot Password? button. If you receive an error stating “There was an error executing the change password request”, try opening Edify in a Google Chrome incognito window to reset the password.

Log in to Edify App

1. Navigate to Edify App at app.edify.cx in a Google Chrome web browser or open the Edify desktop app.

2. Enter the email address associated with your Edify account into the Email/Username field, then click the arrow icon or press Enter / Return.

3. Enter the password into the Password field, then click Login.

Note: When your password expires, Edify automatically displays the Create New Password form to change your password after you enter your account email address.

Log out of Edify App

1. Click the Settings icon.

2. Click Logout.
