Settings in App, let you view and control basic settings relating to your account like Profile and Call Settings.
In App, navigate to the gears icon in the top-righ corner to open the Settings modal.
Your organization’s name and logo are displayed in the account name field.
The current version number displays in this field. You are prompted to update App when new versions get released.
This is where you go to update and view Profile and Call Settings.
The Light toggle lets you switch between light and dark mode.
The Reload button lets you reload the app.
The Resources button directs you to the help center.
The Download App button directs you to the website where you can download the system for Windows and Mac (Intel, M1 & M2), or on mobile through the App Store or Google Play.
The Open Console button opens console.avaya.cx, the administrative portal, in your browser. See Overview: Workspaces of Console.
The Logout button logs you out of App. If you are logged into App and Console it will log you out of both.
