Overview: Settings (Edify App)
Overview
Settings in Edify App, let you view and control basic settings relating to your account like Profile and Call Settings.
In Edify App, navigate to the gears icon in the top-righ corner to open the Settings modal.
Settings breakdown
Account Name
Your organization’s name and logo are displayed in the account name field.
Version
The current version number displays in this field. You are prompted to update Edify when new versions get released.
Edit Profile
This is where you go to update and view Profile and Call Settings.
Light Toggle
The Light toggle lets you switch between light and dark mode.
Reload
The Reload button lets you reload the app.
Resources
The Resources button directs you to Edify’s help center.
Download Edify App
The Download Edify App button directs you to Edify’s website where you can download Edify for Windows and Mac (Intel, M1 & M2), or on mobile through the App Store or Google Play.
Open Console
The Open Console button opens console.edify.cx, Edify’s administrative portal, in your browser. See Overview: Workspaces of Edify Console.
Logout
The Logout button logs you out of Edify App. If you are logged into Edify App and Edify Console it will log you out of both.
