Overview: Voicemail container in Profile Settings (Edify App)

Edify App > Settings > Profile Settings > Overview: Voicemail settings (Edify App)

This article provides an overview of voicemail settings in Edify App.

Overview

The Voicemail container under Profile Settings in Edify App, is where you can configure your voicemail settings.

In Edify App, navigate to Settings > Edit Profile > Profile > Voicemail container.

If voicemail is disabled, all inbound softphone calls will ring for the user for the duration set in the Ring Time field of the Voice container (found under Call Settings). However, the caller’s phone will continue ringing until the caller hangs up. When a new account is created all the voicemail toggles are enabled by default.

These settings are also available for an Edify admin to change in Edify Console (Account > Users > [User]). Edify respects the most recent updates to the settings.
