Reset your password (Edify App)

This article explains how to reset your password in Edify App.

Steps

1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the Settings menu.

2. Select Edit Profile.

3. Click the Profile tab.

4. Navigate to the Basic container.

5. Click the Reset Password button.

• A password reset alert appears.

6. Click Reset Password.

• A temporary password will be sent to the email address listed in the password reset alert.

7. Check your email for the new, temporary password.

• This password works for 15 minutes after it's sent. If you exceed this limit, you can click Forgot Password on the sign-in screen to receive a new temporary password sent to your email.
