This article explains how to change softphone audio settings in App.
1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.
2. From a live call, open the audio settings menu.
3. Select the microphone option to switch to your desired microphone.

2. From a live call, click the microphone button. The button turns blue with a slash through it to indicate it is muted.
3. To unmute, click the blue microphone button. The button turns white to indicate it is unmuted.
