Create an outbound fax from the softphone (Edify App)

This article explains how to create an outbound fax from the softphone (Edify App).

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the Softphone workspace.

3. Click on the UC fax tab.

4. Click the Send New Fax button.

5. Click into the To field and enter the destination number for the fax.

6. Open the From menu Open the From menu and select the fax number you are sending the fax from.

7. Click into the Subject field and enter the subject of the message.

8. Click into the Comments field and add comments regarding the fax message.

9. Click the Add+ button and select the desired file (.pdf, .docx, or .tiff).

10. Click the Send Fax button.
