Delete a voicemail (Edify App)

This article explains how to delete a voicemail in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the softphone workspace.

3. Click the voicemail tab.

4. Search or scroll to the voice message you want to delete from your records.

5. Click the delete record button.
