Download a call recording (Edify App)

This article explains how to download a call recording in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Click the softphone icon to open the workspace.

3. Click the call history tab.

4. Navigate to the call record recording that you want to download.

5. Click the download call recording button.

6. Notice the file is now saved to your computer's downloads.
