Download a voicemail (Edify App)

This article explains how to download a voicemail in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the softphone workspace.

3. Click the voicemail tab.

4. Search or scroll to the voice message you want to download to your computer.

5. Click the download voicemail button.

6. The file populates in your computer's downloads.
