Listen to a call recording (Edify App)

This article explains how to listen to a call recording in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Click the softphone icon to open the workspace.

3. Click the call history tab.

4. Navigate to the recording that you want to listen to.

5. Click the play call recording button.
