Listen to a voicemail (Edify App)

This article explains how to listen to a voicemail in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the softphone workspace.

3. Click the voicemail tab.

4. Search or scroll to the voice message you want to listen to.

5. Click the play voicemail button.
