This article explains how to mark call notifications as read or unread in App.
1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.
2. Click the softphone icon to open the workspace.
3. Click the call history tab.
4. Notice you have a missed call notification.
5. Click the Clear All Notifications button.
6. Notice that the red notification badge disappears from the call history tab.

5. Click the call record icon.
6. Notice the icon turns red and the missed call notification counts update.
