Mark fax notifications as read or unread (Edify App)

This article explains how to mark fax notifications as read or unread in Edify App.

Clear missed fax notifications

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the Softphone workspace.

3. Click on the UC fax tab.

4. Search or scroll to the record you want to remove the missed fax message notification from (marked by a green or red fax record icon).

5. Click the fax record icon.

6. The icon turns white and the missed fax notification count changes.

Mark fax as unread

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the Softphone workspace.

3. Click the UC fax tab.

4. Search or scroll to the record you want to mark as unread.

5. Click the fax record icon.

6. Notice the icon changes from white to green and the missed fax notification count changes.
