This article explains how to respond to an IVR (interactive voice response) prompt from the softphone in App.
1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.
2. From a live call, click into the DTMF field.
3. Press the numbers(s) on your keyboard that correspond to the appropriate menu option.
4. Proceed with the call as necessary.
