Resume a holding call on another line (Edify App)

This article explains how to resume a phone call that’s been on hold on another softphone line in Edify App.

Steps

1. While on multiple active phone calls in the softphone, notice these two things:

• Your active phone call has a solid green line key and the on-call workspace is displayed.

• Calls on hold have flashing red line keys.

2. To resume a call currently on hold, click the line key button for the phone call you want to resume.

3. Once you click the line key button for the call you want to resume, Edify automatically places the current active call on hold and reconnects you to the caller holding on the selected line.
