Return a call from a voicemail message (Edify App)

This article explains how to return a call from a voicemail message in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the softphone workspace.

3. Click the voicemail tab.

4. Navigate to the voicemail record you want to call back.

5. Click the caller's phone number from the voicemail record to call them back.
