Review voicemail transcript (Edify App)

This article explains how to review voicemail transcripts in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the softphone workspace.

3. Click the voicemail tab.

4. Search or scroll to the voice message you want to review the transcription of.

5. Click the open/close voicemail transcription caret.

6. Notice the transcription reviewing space opens.

7. Optional: collapse the transcription by clicking the open/close voicemail transcription caret again.
