Search for a specific fax record in Softphone (Edify App)

This article explains how to search for a specific fax record in Softphone in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the softphone workspace.

3. Click on the UC fax tab.

4. Open the filter menu.

5. Select how you want to filter your results; either:

• To

• From

• Subject

• Comments

• Date

6. Click into the search field.

7. Enter the applicable search data; either a phone number, keyword(s), or date.

8. Click the Search Fax button.

9. The fax record log updates to display the applicable results.
